Made from strong premium nylon with leather padding on headpiece and noseband and leather attachments at all points. Adjustable at headstrap and side clip. The benefits of a breakaway headcollar versus a nylon headcollar is that they are designed to break under extreme pressure, i.e. if a horse pulls back when tied up or the headcollar is caught on a fence or solid object. This normally occurs at the point of the check rings and can prevent serious injury.
